- 10 to 12 oz milk of choice we use unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder we use Optimum Nutrition Double Chocolate
- 1.5 tsp xanthan gum
- 3 tablespoons Splenda
- 1.5 tbsp Skinny Hot Chocolate Mix featured on the blog and truly the hero of the recipe
- 1 cup Ice enough to reach the fill line on your blender cup
Add your milk of choice to the blender cup.
Add all dry ingredients on top of the milk.
Fill the cup with ice all the way to the fill line.
Blend until thick and fully combined.
