Okay okay, we know we have already given you our classic and fool-proof Champagne Jell-O Shots, but since it’s been such a year π (or two) we figured there was no harm in giving these a refresh to help us sail into the New Year. π€π₯³ I mean we all like options don’t we? π€·πΌββοΈπ
These modern dome shaped delights will impress your guests and are quick and simple to create. All you need is a half sphere silicone mold (or any other fun mold you like!), your favorite fruit, and – of course – glitter dust. π€©β¨ You can use any champagne you want, or a sparkling wine or prosecco will work as well. We used our tried and true family favorite, Martini & Rossi Asti Sparkling Champagne. It has a very sweet taste, so it worked perfectly for these. So, grab a bottle (or two) and cheers to the New Year! πΎπ₯
