Damn. What a month it has been (or has it been months…plural? ?). Whatever. Instead of focusing on the negatives, which is extremely easy to do…let’s celebrate something positive! Yes? Hear me out…

Today’s post was born out of a want to spread smiles and a little joy during this weird time in history (oh, and slight boredom, too). So many of us have been “gifted” with this extra time to reignite old passions or to create new ones. And, of course we are personally baking and cooking A TON right now.

Therefore, what could be better than baking a big batch of cookies or sweet treats and delivering them “contactless” to your friends and neighbors to thank them for helping stop the spread of this dumb virus? Okay…I’m sure there are better things, but we are “all in this together” they keep saying and if I’m stuck at home so are you, and we need something fun to fill our time! ?

Don’t have time to bake something, but want to show some love to those around you? No problem! Don’t overthink it. It’s the act of kindness that is important here, not the treats. So, pick a few snacks or fun things you have in your pantry (we were stocked full of single packs of popcorn ?, pretzels, tootsie roll pops, and so on). Throw a few things in a paper bag and add this adorable “Thank you for staying at home” gift tag! If you have any fun craft items that can work, too!

Or, pass out little hand sanitizer bottles or toilet paper and tie a cute tag to them! Seriously…the ideas are endless! ? ? Heck, you could even gift your neighbors some booze… ?? Anyways, you get the idea…

Pack your goodies, print and place a tag on your special package. That’s it! Then, wash your hands, put on a mask, and go deliver some while staying more than 6 feet away to your neighbors and friends! How cute is that? ?

Go on babes…wash your hands and spread some smiles! ?❤️ #stayathome #stopthespread #savelives
