Non-Dairy Easy Strawberry Sorbet

Sorbet. A combination of ice cream and smoothie in each scoop. We love our sorbet just as much as ice cream and cookies over here at C&C. This recipe is too easy it’s insane. ☀For these hot summer months, you need this to cool off anytime of day. It’s delicious! ????? Trust us! Grab the four ingredients below and you’ll be scooping in no time babes!

What You Need

1 can (13.5 ounces each) light/low fat coconut milk

2-3 bananas sliced and frozen

2 cups frozen strawberries

1 Tbsp. maple syrup (agave works too!)

Optional toppings: dried strawberries, almonds, shredded coconut, sprinkles, etc.  

Step by Step

1. Add your frozen bananas and coconut milk in a blender and pulse until smooth.

2. Add in your strawberries and maple syrup and mix until a smooth consistency.

3. Take your mixture and pour into an airtight container that can be covered. Place in freezer.

4. After an hour stir and flatten back down. Repeat for 3 more hours stirring for a minute each hour. (4 total hours)

5. Place back in the freezer for another 2 hours to chill and set fully.

6. Enjoy immediately! If you are saving it for later just take out the container and let the mixture thaw for about 15-20 minutes before serving.

Notes

Go ahead and take your extra ripe bananas laying around, slice and freeze them for this recipe later. 🙂
