What You Need
Hershey’s Kisses *I used classic Silver Foils because they don’t have nuts. You could also use Gold Foils — but be aware that those have almonds in them.

Step by Step
These are pretty self explanatory. Fill your treat bags with Hershey’s Kisses. Then, cut some curly ribbon in gold and silver and secure them around your treat bags. Finally, slip your gift tag and additional confetti dot through the hole you punched and secure. Curl your curling ribbon with scissors, and you are done! Cheers to the New Year!
