Champagne Jello Shots

Christmas has come and gone, and the New Year is almost upon us. I love the opportunity that New Year’s Eve gives me to gather with friends and family to celebrate another trip around the sun. But, ifΒ we are all honest with one another, New Year’s Eve is all about the bubbly. πŸ™‚
By now, I am sure most of you are making plans for how you are going to ring in 2017. So, however you decide to pop the cork, be sure to add these glamorous Champagne Jello Shots to your list of festive bites to share with friends and family. These bite sized treats will dazzle your guests and are easy to create. You can use any champagne you want, or a sparkling wine or prosecco will work as well. I used my family favorite,Β Martini & Rossi Asti Sparkling Champagne. It has a very sweet taste, so it worked perfectly for these. So, grab a bottle and cheers to the New Year! #2017
