Cookies & Cream Cookies

I have seen several recipes for this type of cookie, and have always been curious as to how good they would really be since an Oreo is already delicious by itself. Sometimes you don’t want to mess with a good cookie, you know? πŸ™‚ Well, I finally decided to test one out with my own tweaks and boy was I surprised at how awesome they turned out! I brought them to work and everyone insisted that these were hands down the best baking creation I have produced so far…which was shocking!

These Cookies & Cream Cookies definitely hit the spot and are a great twist on the traditional Oreo cookie!

Things to Know Upfront/Quick Tips

What You Need

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 box Oreo Cookies & Cream pudding mix
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 15-18 Oreo cookiesΒ crushed/crumbled

Liquid/Other Ingredients:

  • 1 cup softened butter (salted)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1Β tsp vanilla extract

Step By Step

  • Start by creaming your butter and sugars until the mix is light and fluffy
  • Mix in your Oreo Pudding mix and mix until completely blended
  • Mix in your eggs and vanilla
  • Then add in your flour and baking soda
  • Mix in your white chocolate chips
  • Mix in your crumbled Oreos
  • Set your oven to 350 degrees
  • Form tablespoon size balls (I used a cookie scoop) and drop them on a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a slipmat
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes. Be sure to watch them and not over bake them. Just once they are set you are good to go!
